1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of LawnMowing.my (operated by Rightway Nursery), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

2. Services

LawnMowing.my provides lawn care and maintenance services including:

  • Recurring and one-off lawn mowing
  • Lawn Fertilising & Weed Control
  • Garden Pest & Turf Disease Treatment
  • Lawn Dethatching & Aeration
  • Lawn Edging & Trimming
  • Lawn Cleanup & Green Waste Removal

Tree trimming, hedge shaping, turf supply and laying are available on request and quoted per job after a site assessment.

3. Pricing and Payment

Services are priced per visit based on lawn size and condition, with discounted rates for recurring plans. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change with notice. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer and e-wallet. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Scheduling and Weather

Service hours are Monday to Saturday, daytime. Visits may be rescheduled due to heavy monsoon rain or unsafe working conditions; we will notify you and arrange the next available slot. Recurring plan schedules are flexible and can be paused or adjusted with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled visit. Repeated late cancellations on recurring plans may require rescheduling of the plan.

6. Service Guarantee

We aim to do the job right on the first visit. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to put it right.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being serviced, including arrangements for gated communities and guardhouses. Please secure pets during visits, and inform us of any hazards on the property. Re-entry guidance after treatments (fertiliser, herbicide, pesticide) must be followed for the stated period.

8. Limitation of Liability

LawnMowing.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the visit in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of LawnMowing.my and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this website.
